Anuja Riles, MD, MEd, has been named medical director for Banner Network Colorado (BNC), a comprehensive provider network serving Larimer and Weld counties in Northern Colorado’s Front Range. Dr. Riles, a pediatric hospitalist at McKee Medical Center, replaces Scott Harrod, MD.
As Medical Director of BNC she looks forward to the opportunity to work closely with her BNC provider colleagues and the administrative team to grow our current network, foster productive relationships with our payer partners, and to provide exceptional care, in an affordable manner, to our members.
As medical director, Dr. Riles will play a key role in: • Providing physician input regarding quality measures and expectations for medical providers in BNC clinics • Serving as liaison between BNC medical providers, the BNC administrative team and the BNC Board of Managers • Providing leadership to participating BNC physicians • Working with BNC clinical experts to monitor performance of BNC quality targets and develop programs for process improvement • Representing BNC medical providers during discussions with the BNC administrative team and payer partners
Her non-clinical interests include hospital administration and medical education. Anuja and her husband, Eric, have two children Emma (Age 3) and Leo (Age 1) Together as a family, they love being outdoors, cooking/eating good food, and rooting for the University of Michigan football team!
